The name
Makurki comes from a Quechua word for the soreness in your muscles after a hard day's work. We like the idea of taking that soreness for you. Makurki does the heavy lifting, so your business runs.
What we do
Your team's context ends up in scattered chats and in people's heads. We help you build your company's operating system: a shared knowledge base that captures it, keeps it current and stays in files you own. Our aim: set it up, make it work, and hand it over.
PDFs, scans, voice notes, maps. We build AI pipelines that turn them into structured information a person can decide on.
We also build products that stand on their own, with partners who know the domain. Our first, in progress: an AI due-diligence engine for agricultural land.
How we work
How the studio runs
Calls, project threads and documents are collected. Calls are transcribed, and names are checked against a shared glossary.
On a schedule, the agent reads each new source and updates a shared wiki: people, projects, decisions, open questions. Every claim cites where it came from: the moment in a call, the post, the paragraph.
A second agent, with a fresh context, checks each proposed task. Was the owner on the call? Did they say yes?
Tasks that pass become cards in Basecamp, in triage, assigned to the owner. The owner keeps or archives them. A later run reads that back, so we can measure how often the agent gets it right.
A person reviews the changes to the wiki.
Decisions are made by people, never by the agent.
